Doug went through our prospective new home with a fine tooth comb. We mentioned some of our concerns and questions, which he delved into with much candor. His report pointed out things we missed and overall very detailed and descriptive! He suggested the things we needed to have checked out right away, and advised on the things that could be corrected over time. In our last house, that home inspector missed quite a bit, and made me lose confidence in the home inspection business. But thanks to Angi's list reviews and taking a chance on a new inspector, my faith in home inspectors has been restored.
